Courses for average swimmers

It is naturally a continuation of the previous one, but is also aimed at the many people who are already swimming... but who are in fact only worried bathers for whom in-depth work is necessary, starting with the missing basics. Develop the technique of support. Discover the importance of rhythm in propulsion. Master the aquatic breathing of the front crawl and the breaststroke at first.

Beginner courses

It's essentially a playful approach. Put your face in the water, open your eyes, learn to blow in the water, etc., in a small bottom. To feel that in the water you no longer weigh anything! Discover the resistance of water... These are the first exercises. Discovering that the water carries you, making a few movements, feeling that you are moving...

Advanced courses

It is essentially an improvement in the 3 or even 4 strokes. We swim well, we swim for a long time, we enjoy swimming. The program also extends to freediving, rescue, searching for objects in deep water, transporting people, etc. on demand.
