Water Phobia

Duration

45 minutes

Average swimmer courses

It is naturally a continuation of the previous one, but is also aimed at the many people who are already swimming... but who are in fact only worried bathers for whom in-depth work is necessary, starting with the missing basics. Develop the technique of support. Discover the importance of rhythm in propulsion. Master the aquatic breathing of the front crawl and the breaststroke at first.

Beginner courses

It's essentially a playful approach. Put your face in the water, open your eyes, learn to blow in the water, etc., in a small bottom. To feel that in the water you no longer weigh anything! Discover the resistance of water... These are the first exercises. Discovering that the water carries you, making a few movements, feeling that you are moving...

Water phobia

It is essentially a psychological adaptation. At the beginning, everything is done in 40 cm of water. Discover the seemingly hostile element in a playful way. Enjoy splashing around. Feel comfortable in the water! For those who believe that if you don't know how to swim, you sink, we are going to show you that it is impossible! Eradicate the fear of water with psychological "shocks" and irrefutable proof that, in water, you float! In short: dorsal flotation - ventral flotation - aquatic habituation.
