Course timetable
All our courses are taught on the basis of a gentle method that has largely proven itself.

Our Methodology
The fear of water should not exist according to any theory that refers to the sweetness of intrauterine life; it would therefore be acquired, transmitted by education!!... We ask parents to avoid passing on their own apprehensions to their babies. If you are afraid, your child will be afraid. Know, in this regard, that a baby suffers more from being separated from its mother than from being completely immersed; The "memory" of his intrauterine life is recent.
The gentle method
Learn the basics of swimming in a fun way. Put your face in the water, open your eyes, learn to blow into the water, at a shallow depth. Move on to a medium course where you already know how to swim but need to improve your technique. Here, you master water breathing starting with the front crawl and breaststroke. With our advanced course, you will progress to swim well and for a long time, enjoying your swim.
Archaic reflexes
It is important to know that the baby, at birth, is governed by hundreds of archaic involuntary reflexes, many of which are still unknown... Among the most well-known, those that interest us: the sucking reflex, grasping reflex, walking, swimming (swimming reflex), apnea, etc... The baby's brain envelope, the seat of intelligence, will not be developed until the age of 6 months. All archaic reflexes, gradually, will have disappeared.
