A mother of three, Sidonie is a kinesiologist with a Swiss Lifeguard Pool Plus certificate (Société Suisse de Sauvetage) and CPR-AED (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - Automated External Defibrillator, adapted for adults, children, and infants). She is trained in the gentle method, as well as in the psychology and pedagogy of teaching babies, children, and adults.

Since 1997, she has been a facilitator for familiarizing individuals with the aquatic environment, helping them achieve autonomy in the water, and addressing and integrating different phases of learning and swimming techniques for babies, children, and adults.
