A lifeguard in France, Thomas has been trained in the gentle method and has been teaching since 1980, specializing in pedagogical approaches (trained in educational sciences) to help people discover the joy of moving in the water without fear.

His goal is to reconnect each person to their aquatic environment through a playful approach and to develop their perceptions and sensations.
